Beautifully done japanese-inspired cafe. Calm, soft vibe that’s perfect for a slower moment. Had the miso banana bread with yuzu and a hojicha latte - both unique and full of flavour. On the pricier side, and there can be a wait during busy times, but worth it for the quality and experience.

The matcha soufflé pancake was so good!! Not too overly sweet. Strong and rich matcha flavor. The pancakes were so soft and fluffy. Matcha latte was a bit too sweet for me. Coffee was really good

Tried the matcha latte here and really enjoyed it. The first thing I noticed was the fragrance — a nice, fresh tea scent that already sets the mood before the first sip. The matcha itself is creamy and smooth, with a rich mouthfeel but not bitter at all. It feels full and comforting without being heavy, and the tea flavour comes through nicely. I like that it’s not overly sweet. Personally, I’d love an option with no sugar at all, but even as it is, it’s still very enjoyable and easy to drink. Definitely something I’d order again. Staff were friendly and energetic, which adds to the experience. Service was quick and welcoming without feeling rushed. The space is also quite flexible — they have indoor seating with low tables if you want to sit and relax, plus outdoor seating which is great on a nice day. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a good matcha latte with quality flavour, a pleasant atmosphere, and good service. Minor preferences aside, it’s still a place I’d happily come back to.

Iced Hojicha Latte - $7.50 Iced Matcha Latte - $7.50 Came here on a Friday afternoon, and it wasn't crowded. Staff was friendly and efficient. There isn't much space to sit and drink so it's mostly grab and go. Both the matcha and hojicha tastes amazing ;) but they charge $1 for alternative milk, so I didn't swap it. Overall, great experience and would definitely drop by again ❤️

One of my top 3 places to brunch in Sydney! I never used to like matcha until I tried theirs. Every trip to sydney I need to come in for a matcha and a bowl of the miso salmon ochazuke!

Visited Edition Roasters and absolutely loved their coffee! ☕️ Perfectly brewed, rich, and smooth with balanced flavors. The ambience is calm and beautifully designed — a great spot to relax or catch up. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Definitely one of the best coffee spots around!

Visited Edition Roasters at Darling Square and it completely lived up to its reputation. The coffee was perfectly brewed — deep flavor with a clean finish — and the desserts were delicate, beautifully plated, and not overly sweet. The café’s Japanese-Nordic inspired design created a peaceful, elegant atmosphere with great attention to detail. The staff were polite and professional, adding to the overall premium feel. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy high-quality coffee and food in a stylish yet relaxing setting. One of Sydney’s best cafés for sure.

I’ve been here a few times, but I always seem to forget to leave a review. I just had some magic coffee and banana bread today, and I was chatting with a mate. The coffee is dead set awesome as always. The banana bread with yuzu custard was pretty amazing too. Note: Came again today during lunch for my dessert. Tiramisu is a must ordered, and it paired well with magic coffee

Such a great little coffee spot in Haymarket. Edition Roasters does really good coffee, smooth, well made, and clearly crafted by people who know what they’re doing. The space is cozy and relaxed, perfect for a quick stop or a short sit-down. Staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes it even better. An easy go-to if you’re around the area and want quality coffee without the fuss.

I think there was some japanese dashi like flavoring in their scrambled? It was a nice touch that kept it from being bland without going overboard with the ingredients like some other breakfast places. Classy. I also like how they steamed the chocolate into the foam for the soy mocha. I went with large size with extra shot and it just just right, might have been a bit weak if not for the extra shot.
